Dual band 2 meter/70 cm

Ruggedized J-Pole

You have probably seen this image of an Aluminum dual band J-Pole all over the Internet.

A good and sturdy design, but I decided to
amp it up a bit to make it even tougher.

The antenna as designed is made of 3/8" Aluminum rod, so I increased that to 1/2" rod.
